The National Persistence and Innovation of Network Literature in the Context of Globalization
ZHANG Hongmin
Abstract:In the era of surging globalization, cultural exchanges and collisions reshape the landscape of world literature with unprecedented depth and breadth. The national character of online literature is primarily manifested in theme selection, value concepts, and language style. Its innovation, against the backdrop of international cultural exchange, emerges through adapting to global contexts-utilizing multimedia technology to enhance expressiveness, drawing inspiration from international popular literary forms, and pursuing active creativity.Exploring how online literature maintains national characteristics while embracing innovation in a globalized context constitutes not only an examination of how the essence of traditional culture survives and thrives in modern media environments but also a profound reflection on how literature balances globalization and localization to promote cultural diversity.
