Abstract：Chinese characters serve as the foundational source and cultural root of Chinese civilization,while international Chinese education represents the most fundamental and critical pathway for spreading the Chinese language and civilization globally.Drawing on rich regional Chinese character cultural resources,integrating Chinese character culture-represented by oracle bone script-into international Chinese education to enrich its forms and content is of profound significance.This approach not only promotes the high-quality development of international Chinese education but also enables effective storytelling of China's narrative,dissemination of its voice,deepening of mutual learning among civilizations,and broader global engagement of Chinese culture.Such efforts are pivotal for fostering cross-cultural understanding and facilitating the worldwide dissemination of the essence of Chinese civilization.
