Spatial Production under Capital,Environment, and Power:A Structured Practice Path for Urban Community Sports Governance
ZHANG Ya'nan
Abstract:Spatial production is a core element in the governance of urban community sports.Using Giddens'structuration theory, this study analyzes the"three—dimensional integrated"structure of urban community sports space, proposes a"capital—activity—power"logical framework for community sports space production, and explores how to reshape community sports space by aggregating community capital, facilitating sports activities, and empowering residents with public agency. This approach aims to enhance the sustainability of governance effectiveness in community sports and ultimately achieve the fundamental goal of community sports autonomy. To construct a structured practice path for urban community sports governance, three key strategies are proposed:centering on community sports capital construction to lay the governance foundation;prioritizing sports service provision to drive spatial practice;and emphasizing the public nature of residents'space to ensure shared access to community sports spaces.
