Abstract：In the era of big data,data has emerged as a new factor of production,giving rise to legal issues concerning the utilization and protection of data intellectual property rights(IPR).Practical training courses on data intellectual property law in universities are of significant practical importance for enhancing law students'data literacy and practical capabilities.To scientifically design such courses,a student-centered approach should be adopted through group learning to improve the effectiveness of data intellectual property law training.The specific implementation of these courses involves basic steps:problem-oriented learning,theoretical instruction with problem-based discussions,and deepening through case studies.These steps aim to achieve learning objectives in theoretical knowledge,legal norms,and professional skills related to data IPR,thereby meeting society's practical needs for specialized talents in this field.
