Research on the Legal Guarantee Mechanism of Anyang Yinxu Ruins from the Perspective of the Revision of the Cultural Relics Protection Law

Abstract：Cultural relics serve as historical witnesses and cultural treasures.China attaches great importance to cultural heritage protection,having established a legal framework centered on the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics,supplemented by the Criminal Law and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Cultural Relics Protection Law.The Anyang Yinxu Ruins,a Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit under State Protection,house cultural sites and relics of profound historical,cultural,and research value.Based on the 2024 revision of the Cultural Relics Protection Law and in light of the actual situation of the protection of the Anyang Yinxu Ruins and cultural relics,this paper proposes legal safeguard measures for the Anyang Yinxu Ruins from three dimensions:administrative law enforcement,procuratorial supervision,and criminal law regulation.
