Research on the Evaluation system of High quality Development of Characteristic Town

Abstract：The construction of evaluation system is the base and prerequisite of high-quality development of characteristic towns.Firstly,this paper refers to the relevant research results of urban heterogeneity,and discusses the connotation of high-quality development of characteristic towns from the perspective of heterogeneity.Secondly,based on the Grounded Theory,this paper analyzes four first-level heterogeneous factors in natural resources,innovative industries,cultural heritage,and living environment and 11 secondary factors that affect high-quality development of characteristic towns.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to construct an evaluation system for the high-quality development of characteristic towns from the perspective of heterogeneity in an attempt to provide a new perspective for the research of the high-quality development of characteristic towns.
