BAI Yuqin
Abstract：The youth notary team is an important backbone in the notary industry, and plays an important role in the high-quality development and innovative reform of the notary industry. In recent years, there has been a serious loss of young notaries due to both macro level institutional restrictions and micro level reasons such as high entry barriers, low income, high risks, and high responsibilities in the notarization industry.Reforming the system and unleashing its vitality are important prerequisites for retaining young notaries and achieving sustainable development of the youth notarization team.
