Abstract：The colleges of a university are the foundation and platform for the university to carry out and improve the work of party building.The quality of the party building in collegesnot only affects the achievement of the goal of talent training,but also directly restricts the speed and space of the development of colleges.Under the background of the new era,to explore the mutual promotion model of the integration of party building and administrative affairs,on the macro level,we should be deeply concerned with the organization construction,optimize the operation mechanism and set up the goal integration,and on the micro level,we should prepare a clear list of the main points of work,train the construction force well,and form a team to tackle problems in critical moments.The ultimate goal is to achieve education,empowerment,and foundation strengthening through party building,leading all affairs of the college to high-speed development.
