Abstract：The spirit of Hongqi Canal is a shining precious spiritual wealth in the history of the founding and development of new China.It is of great significance to train the young generation to become the successors of times with ideals,dare to bear responsibility,can endure hardships and are willing to struggle.In the new era,carrying forward the spirit of Hongqi Canal will help the young people to develop faith in loving the Party and serving the country,to develop the quality and courage to bear responsibilities,to be innovative and creative at their jobs,and to cultivate the quality of selfless dedication.In the new era,inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of Hongqi Canal in youth education should focus on educational value,to improve the quality and efficiency of research,strengthen media publicity,to innovate education carrier,and implement practice in education to improve the effectiveness of education.
