Abstract:As the core passage of the mine tailings filling system, the filling hole, once blocked,is difficult and costly to restore. Therefore, extending the service life of the filling hole has become an significant challenge in mine tailings management and green mine construction.Borehole deflection is the most critical factor affecting the lifespan of the filling borehole casing.Research has been conducted on the technology of real-time monitoring of small top-angle and high-vertical borehole trajectory during drilling.Additionally,,a real-time monitoring system for casing damage based on fiber Bragg grating strain sensors has been developed. This provides a useful reference for improving the efficiency and quality of filling hole formation, realizing early warning and treatment of casing damage in the borehole, and extending the life of the filling hole.
