Research on Five-axis Machining Method and Parameter Optimization of Aviation Blades

Abstract：Aviation blade has the characteristics such as large curvature change and thin thickness,resulting in high processing,manufacturing,and maintenance costs.This paper optimizes the machining parameters of five-axis NC machining by utilizing variable tool axis attitude and high precision.Firstly,the classification of aviation blade structure is briefly introduced.Secondly,the tool selection,machining mode,tool trajectory,tool axis control method and coordinate transformation in five-axis machining of aviation blade are analyzed.Finally,optimization measures for the milling parameters of aviation blades are proposed to provide a reference for relevant workers.
