From Nature to Emotion:a Multidimensional Exploration of Henan Culture in Book of Songs

Abstract:This study employs textual analysis to explore the relationship between the Henan-themed poems in Book of Songs and Henan culture with focus on their descriptions of Henan's natural scenery,dietary customs,and folk culture.The findings reveal that these poems meticulously documented Henan's natural and social landscapes,reflected the lives and emotions of the Henan people,and mirrored the societal realities and aspirations of the time.Further analysis indicates that the Henan elements in Book of Songs have profoundly influenced the cultural and literary development of later generations in China,highlighting their role in bolstering national cultural confidence and promoting national rejuvenation.
