The Origin of Misinterpretation of Economic Determinism and the Construction of its Elimination Method

Abstract：In addition to deliberate distortion and incomplete understanding of the basic principles of historical materialism,one of the important reasons which misread the historical materialism as economic determinism is that we can't clearly elaborate the specific mediations and forms between economic factors and political positions and actions.According to the literature of Marxist writers and the achievements of contemporary theories of natural and social science,three methods can be applied to avoid economic determinism in specific research methods.Namely,base the research on the analysis of social class and stratum structure,integrate the basic method of the rational choice theory and game theory at the micro level,and refer to the research method of system theory at the macro level.
