Abstract:In this paper,a sol-gel(SG)technology was used to prepare a sodium alginate-diamond film, and graphene oxide was used to enhance the mechanical strength of the film. The film was studied using an optical microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),etc. The mechanical strength of the film was measured using an electronic universal testing machine, and the fracture morphology of the tensile spline of the film was analyzed. The results show that diamond powder, sodium alginate, and graphene oxide can be uniformly mixed. When the concentration of graphene oxide is 0.05wt.%,the tensile strength of sodium alginate-diamond film with graphene oxide is 63.13%higher than that of the pure sodium alginate-diamond film.At the end of the tensile spline without graphene, there is a rough layering phenomenon, while the fracture of the film with graphene shows a more orderly pattern.
