Discussion on the Legal System of Community Property between Husband and Wife in China and France

Abstract：With the promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China,it has become the common pursuit of academic circles to explain the relevant norms of marital property system.The Napoleonic Code is the first civil code in the civil law system,and it can be used for reference in the system of community property of married couples.Through the comparative analysis of the common law system between China and France,this paper expounds the importance of matrimonial property system in promoting family harmony and social progress.
