Abstract：The spirit of Hongqiqu Executive was incorporated into the CPC's revolutionary spirit pedigree.It is not only the embodiment of the Chinese national spirit of the time,but also has strong contemporary value,which is timeless and will never be outdated.The spirit of Hongqiqu Executive is not formed overnight,but under the background of severe and complex realities and is rooted in distinctive regional characteristics and rich theoretical origin.The problem of water shortage for thousands of years in Lin County and the great drought in 1959 are the realistic motivations for the construction of Hongqiqu Executive.The special geographical location and the tradition of the old revolutionary area create the distinctive character of the local people,which is the cultural basis for the construction of the Hongqiqu Executive.The spirit of the Chinese nation and the spirit of the Chinese Communists is the spiritual driving force for the success of Hongqiqu Executive project.
