Analysis of the Effect of Hypoxic Environment Training on the Aerobic Capacity of Sports Professional Athletes
TANG Chuande
Abstract:To improve the physical fitness of athletes, this study analyzes the impact of hypoxic environment training on the aerobic capacity of professional sports athletes. The experimental subjects are 16-18-year-old national second-level athletes majoring in sports, who are divided into an experimental group and a control group. Two training programs are designed, one in a hypoxic environment and the other in a normoxic environment. After undergoing the training program, the athletes'aerobic capacity parameters are measured using an automatic blood cell counter,an incremental load power car,and other instruments. The collected data is then analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results of the experiment demonstrate that, compared to normoxic environment training, hypoxic environment training leads to higher maximum oxygen uptake values in sports professional athletes.Additionally, athletes trained in a hypoxic environment exhibit higher levels of the red blood cells, hematocrit and hemoglobin parameters, indicating an improved capacity for blood oxygen supply.Furthermore, hypoxic environment training effectively enhances the athletes'maximum exercise duration and improves their endurance.
