Research Status and Prospect of Metal-Based Surface Texture in self-lubricating Materials

Abstract：Improving the tribological properties of tungsten steel(TS)is essential to enhance the reliability of tungsten-based mechanical components in industrial applications.The main focus is on exploring effective anti-friction and anti-wear measures to improve the service life and accuracy of components.Therefore,this paper reviews the development of lubricants,surface weaving,and surface weaving self-lubricating materials,with a specific emphasis on the latest advances in tungsten steel within these three technologies.The conclusions highlight that the combination of solid lubricants and surface weaving provides an effective means to enhance the tribological properties of metal-based self-lubricating materials.Lastly,this paper summarizes and provides an outlook on the technological requirements and challenges faced in the development of TS self-lubricating materials.
