Abstract:The ancient furnace slag sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid nitric acid Hydrofluoric acid per?chloric acid four acid system Evaporated to dry, With 10%(V/V) hydrochloric acid solution to dissolve the residue to clear, constant volume in a 100 mL volumetric flask, an aliquot of 10 mL of sample solution and in 2%(V/V) hy?drochloric acid solution in the continuous determination of copper, lead, zinc. Test to optimize the working condi?tions of the instrument, discusses the system of sample dissolution and the acidity of the solution to be measured, co?existence interference elements on the determination of the effects of, the establishment of the flame atomic absorp?tion spectrometric method for the determination of copper, lead and zinc in ancient furnace slag analysis method, of standard curve method and the detection limit are studied. The detection limit was 0.66~2.78μg/L, the recovery rate is 97%~105%, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=9)1.4%~5%. By the standard addition method and the method comparison test, its accuracy can meet the requirements of analysis and testing. The method is sim?ple and quick, easy to grasp, and is suitable for the rapid determination of the sample of the ancient furnace slag.
