The Introduction to Housing Industrialization Affect the Building Economy

Abstract：The construction industry in our country has developed fast since the reform and opening-up policy. It has greatly promoted the speed of economic development. The building economy has already become the impor?tant pillar of our national economy. However, the construction of the extensive form still puts above everything else in our construction industry these days. So the construction cost is very expensive and it also makes the building economic benefits keep recession. On the contrary, housing industrialization can make the construction?al engineering maximize the streamline, each link is strictly controlled, and the problem of the current block building economic growth is solved, too. This paper through the introduction to housing industrialization affect the building economy, provide some reference for our country`s economic development.
