Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a very important and active force in the national econ?omy, at the same time, compared with large enterprises, SMEs also faces challenges include the change in sales model, the intensify of domestic and international competition and the improving in technical level. This also puts forward new requirements for the enterprise personnel, and as a larger need, business management talent is also facing challenges. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the talent demand of SMEs in the Pearl River Delta region, it puts forward some suggestions to reform the training mode of business manage?ment talents.
