Nutrition Prescription and Recipe Design for Preschool Children

Abstract：Based on the dietary characteristics and nutritional status of preschool children, the scientific and rea?sonable nutrition prescription was studied in this paper according to the physiological and nutritional characteris?tics of preschool children, their demand characteristics for all kinds of nutrients and nutrient conditions of differ?ent foods so as to design one-day nutritious recipe for preschool children, and the week recipe was worked out by the way of food exchange share in order to provide preschool children ample and rational nutrients and meet their nutritional needs.
