Abstract：Pointed out the meaning and main points of flow construction. Introduces the common flow construc?tion organization, and gives the calculation method of time parameters, by comparing the conclusion:the full and reasonable using the working surface can save more time than pursuiting continuous construction one-sidedly, but also more practical significance.
