Abstract：Collaborative innovation center construction has risen to national strategy and received great attention from society .Local universities should have new ideas and directions to construct heavily collaborative innova?tion center,and it needs to accelerate to develop in the direction of"low carbon", the come out a way of innova?tion-driven development to fully integrate into the local economy and service for local enconomic transformation development.At the same time, it also finds a breakthrough for universities to accelerate politics-production-learning-research cooperation.
