Study on the Optimization of Teaching Mode of Tourism Management Major under the Orientation of Employment Demand

Abstract：Rapid development of tourism industry leads the urgent need of tourism talents. However, the mis-match of demand and supply of tourism talents in tourism colleges has always been criticized by tourism industry. Based on the investigation of employment demand of tourism management in undergraduate-level colleges, the employment demand and environment of tourism industry is analyzed and the optimization measures of teaching mode are proposed considering the present condition and general employment demand of tourism management major in future in this paper.
