Analysis on Intervention Strategies and Causes of College Students Psychological Crisis

Abstract：College students, whose physiology and psychology are developing fast and immature, have fewer so-cial experiences and weaker psychological bearing capacity. When they are faced with realistic dilemma and psy-chological confusion, it is difficult for many college students to deal with it, which causes their psychological cri-sis at times and brings negative impact on colleges, families and society. This paper analyzes the causes of their psychological crisis from objective aspects of society, colleges, families, individual physiological factors, etc. and subjective aspects of individual cognitive characteristics and personality, on the basis of which the corresponding measures are put forward to prevent and intervene psychological crisis of college students.
