Abstract：In order to make our school running characteristics, we must make full use of local rich outstanding cultural resources, and play the role of various channels, such as classroom teaching, practice teaching, campus culture, promote the scientific research, cooperation with foreign exchange, and so on. We must build a vertical campus characteristic cultural education system, and realize win-win situation of school and the local social de-velopment.
