Empirical Research on Anhui Impact of Economic Growth on the Construction Industry

Abstract：In order to study the relationship between Anhui Construction Industry Development and economic growth, the paper chooses between two related data from 1983-2013 years, the empirical analysis by using econo-metric knowledge. The results showed that: there is a long-term co-integration relationship between economic growth and construction in Anhui Province, the two-way causal relationship exists, namely economic growth in Anhui province to develop the construction industry from the Granger causality test show the reason. At the same impulse response based VAR model shows that, when the province's economic development has been a shock, bringing longer a negative effect, and the construction industry will affect the time. In the construction industry and GDP of Anhui variance decomposition studies show that economic growth in the contribution of Anhui role in promoting the cause of the building to the role of the former than the latter. Finally, since China's entry into the new normal, in facing the economic development premise transformation, the development of the construction in-dustry in our province presents many challenges, put forward relevant policy recommendations for the province's economic development the main problems with the construction industry, there is, in order to achieve my Provin-cial sustained, healthy and stable economic growth.
