Abstract：Migrant workers are an important force to promote China's urban construction and economic develop-ment. At this stage, it is one of the main tasks of China's urbanization to promote the transfer of agriculture popu-lation. However, in the process of migrant workers into the city, it is not directly from the traditional living envi-ronment and behavior of the habit of pumping out. In the face of a strange city life will inevitably produce a sense of loss, loneliness and insecurity, and some negative psychological, in order to make migrant workers better adapt to the society and integrate into the life of the city, The government should not only establish a sound system, but also need to take effective measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of migrant workers, im-proving the cultural identity and self development of migrant workers.
