Discussions about College Laboratory Information Detecting and Submitting System

Abstract：College laboratory information detecting and submitting system is a management system used by col-lege for submitting equipment data to China National Ministry of Education (CME). According to the problems that Excel files of version 2013 are not supported by the system and contents should be deleted in batches when field data are longer than the system set, this paper advances some solutions. On the basis of analyzing common database software and using Access 2003 and VFP6.0, the problems are solved in the data processing and submit?ting.
