Abstract：China's agricultural production widespread use of chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer excessive the problem of insufficient. In the development of ecological agriculture sustainable development today. The emis-sions of solid waste are increasing,so the technology to use ,of solid waste to produce organic fertilizer has impor-tant significance and prospects.Based ,Combined with the actual technology needs and functional requirements of organic fertilizer granulation, determine the design program of flat die extrusion-type granulator and choose , thebest design.Design the flat die extrusion-type granulator structure of each functional ,module for different per-formance and functional requirements. At last ensure its functionality andperformance requirements.
