Structural Design on Molded Pulp Cushion of Notebook PC

Abstract：For different size notebook PC, this paper puts forward three new designs of molded pulp cushion, in-cluding the design of complete molded pulp, the new buffer structural design and the new collapsible one piece design. The design of complete molded pulp is convenient for recycling;the new buffer structural design enhanc?es its buffering effect; the new collapsible one piece design improves the production efficiency of molded pulp cushion and the packing efficiency of notebook PC. These three innovative designs promote application of mold?ed pulp cushion and comply with the development of packaging industry.
