Abstract：By using the methods of documents and logical analysis, this paper expounds soft power of Chinese culture and sports culture, analyses the content and essence of college sports culture soft power, discusses the in?fluence of college core competitiveness that sports culture soft power has exerted, and put forward to the necessi?ty and feasibility of college physical culture soft power approach on construction. In college sports soft power building, we should adhere to the socialist core value system, and actively implement the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of sports and sports culture requirements, develop the sports culture with its own distinctive path of soft power, and constantly promote college and university sports sustained, rapid and sustainable development.
