Application of CASS in Earthwork Calculation of Grading

Abstract：In the engineering practice,it is very important how to choose the appropriate method and the calcu?lation software to calculate earthwork according to actual condition. In order to ensure the precision of earthwork calculation,this paper introduces the use of CASS software of grid method and DTM method with practi-cal instances.
