Design on 1 kW Photovoltaic Inverter

Abstract：According to the characteristics of medium and small size photovoltaic system, a photovoltaic invert?er system (1kW) is developed in this paper. Two stages are consisted in this inverter. The former stage adopts iso?lation full bridge DC/DC boost converter, and controlled by the soft-switching and phase-shifted PWM technolo?gy. The latter stage adopts full bridge inverter, and controlled by the unipolar double frequency multiplication SP?WM. This system has stand-alone and grid-connected double operation modes, and standard single phase 220V/50Hz sine AC voltage can be exported steadily.
