Study on the Automobile Engine Connecting Rod Milling Combination Machine Tools

Abstract：The connecting rod is the important component of automobile engines. Because of architectural par?ticularity of the connecting rod, the higher treating request has been brought forward to the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover face. By the analysis of connecting rod face, the connecting rod is going to treated by the upright single face milling combination machine tools. On the basis of accomplishing the combination ma?chine tool overall design, design contents are determined such as the processing technology, progress parameters and the machining procedure graph, etc. The combination machine tool has characteristics such as the compact structure, good stiffness, high efficacy and the stable processing quality. The production efficiency and the pro?cessing quality will been obviously improved.
