The Analysis of the Factors of Compulsory Education Policy Paradigm Shift

Abstract：The policy of compulsory education in order to effectively solve the new problems in education field to appear, we must continue to reform the education policy paradigm. This paper mainly uses the policy text carding method, combing our country since the reform of the education system of the compulsory education policy text, summarizes the three stages of development of the paradigm of compulsory education. on this basis, in-depth analysis of the relevant driving forces influence our country compulsory education policy paradigm change, different roles and different historical stages in the development of compulsory education play.
