Abstract：Using system theory and computer technology to study the planning and construction of the Zhang?zhou ZhiShan City Mountain Park System. Building approach to implement it's design and the best function. First, On the basis of principle of systematics and intelligent software,we research natural conditions and cultur?al history and present situation of Zhangzhou ZhiShan park. Then, Analyse it's Natural and culture characteris?tics and the unique advantage. At last ,put forward specific ideas and proposals, by using cladistics methods and application of multidisciplinary blend together computer intelligent mobile technology and auxiliary tool for the second phase of Zhangzhou ZhiShan park project construction.
