On Translation Competence of Undergraduates

Abstract：Based on the researches abroad and at home, this paper points out that the translation competence of undergraduates include language competence, cultural competence, tranferrence competence and techqiue com?petence, among which tranferrence competence is the core while the first two are the basis and the last one is a subsidiary.
