Abstract：Strengthening food safety in small towns and rural areas is an important aspect of the construction of new socialist countryside. However, there are still blind spots and hidden dangers in current rural food safety management in Anyang. In order to strengthen the management of rural food safety, we should construct the con?sumer self-protection system which focuses on rural masses, eliminate the market demand for low-quality food, and establish food security monitoring network in a planned way and hierarchical way, thus we can effectively protect the health of the farmers.
