The Experimental Study on Heat Treatment Processes of High Pneumatic Down-the- hole Bit based on Multi-purpose Furnace

Abstract：High pneumatic down-the-hole bit were the key components in drilling engineering. This paper ana?lyzed the disadvantages of the hest-treating facility on conventional pit furnace, combined the features of multi-purpose furnace, and studied the heat treatment processes of high pneumatic down-the-hole bit by the multi-purpose furnace. The good results were got by metallographic analysis and experimental study.
