Research on Expert-tour Guide Training in the Undergraduate Students Majoring in Tourism Management

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's tourism, more and more tourists pay more attention to the depth-tourism and high-end- tourism, but also pay more attention to the service quality of tour guides, so expert-tour guide are gradually favored. Expert-tour guide need speak tourism attractions in simple language type by skillfully using tour guide service skills. As with the perfect knowledge structure and good learning a bility, the undergraduate students majoring in tourism management can be trained to develop future expert-tour guides by improving their overall quality from work emotion training, self-knowledge acquisition capabilities, language skills and communication skills, personal image, comprehensive ability and so.
