The Policy Recommendations for Corporate Governance Structure of Private Vocational Schools

Abstract：Our private higher education is an important part of higher education, will inevitably be some problems in the development process, and establishing and improving the corporate governance structure of private universities is the fundamental way to solve these problems. On the basis of describing the principal policy and legal basis of the corporate governance of private vocational school, and analysing the problems of the laws and policies related to the corporate governance structure of private vocational schools, this paper put forward several policy recommendations for perfecting corporate governance structure of private vocational schools.
