Research on the Construction of Security Mechanism of Bankcard

Abstract：In order to control the risk of using bankcard effectively, then change from passive response to ac-tive prevention. Base on the fusion of two subject aspects, which are including the computer science technolo-gy and law, the security mechanism of bankcard are constructed by using interdisciplinary research method. According to various types of bankcard, from a technical point of view, new cryptographic algorithms are used to improve safety standards;from a legal point of view, establishing and perfecting various laws and regulations are proposed in order to provide legal protection, that the legitimate rights and interests of cardholders are pro-tected.
