Abstract：EX220-3 type excavator is small crawler excavator Hitachi construction machinery company, the excavator working device, the upper turntable and walking device is composed of three parts. To achieve the speed of walking excavator change mainly through the swash plate angle and the main pump displacement motor running angle, and walking speed control circuit allows the excavator in three different walking speed and walking speed control system, through the analysis, find out walking speed or slower than prescribed failure causes and methods the EX220-3 excavator, walking speed does not change or slower than the speed of fault diagnosis rules play a guiding role.
