Improved Design of Automatic Electric-iron in PASSIM Cigarette Maker

Abstract：In order to overcoming the disadvantages of reliability and instability of the traditional electric-iron in PASSIM cigarette maker, combined with the PLC controller and photoelectric sensing technology, an im-proved atomatic electric-iron is proposed. With high speed electric-iron and low speed electric-iron installa-tion on the same baseboard, made its positioning more accurate and more reliable operation; And air-blowing device is added, to make paste and drying effect more ideal, cigarette more clean and tidy. This design has the advantages of better dynamic property and stability, and reasonable structure, less investment, short develop-ment cycle.
