Three-dimensional Distribution Simulation of Diamond Grit on the Surface of the Wheel

Abstract：Diamond grits distriction and simulation have been studied on grinding wheel surface, whose particle size is 125-150 microns. The simulation results indicate the following results: desquamation is an important form of consolidation of diamond abrasive grain's failure, diamond grits distriction has a certain aggretion and the simulation distribution has some interference.
