A Research on Tea-oriented Ecotourism Development Strategies---Taking Xinyang as an Example

Abstract：Recent years have witnessed the popularity of tea-oriented ecotourism closely related to agriculture. As is known, Xinyang has abundant tea resources and it's also a tourist attraction, making itself full of poten-tials to promote tea-oriented ecotourism. The paper analyzes the significance of developing tea-oriented eco-tourism as well as Xinyang's competitive advantages in this aspect, and puts forward a number of concrete strategies, which are to develop matching tourism products, to integrate tea-oriented tourism and other tourism resources, to publicize tea-oriented ecotourism. All these suggestions are intended to boost Xinyang's economy and tourism.
