Abstract：To promote the construction of Economic Zone of Central China is a major strategy of our country which can promote the rise of central region and regional coordinated development of the entire country. It is of great significance to accelerate the financial innovation ,reform and development for the construction of E-conomic Zone of Central China. Eleven countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the point of view of activating the private capital market, solving the difficulty of loaning and guaranteing for the enterprise, and strengthening local financial regulation in this paper in order to inspire the financial reform and innovation of the province, Anyang and local government.
