Development for Pressure Test Fixture of Large-scale Stretching Cylinder

Abstract： Large-scale stretching cylinder is the key device of the stretch machine. An pressure test is necessary to verify the sealing performance of post-installation stretching cylinder. Through analysis and calculation of stress condition of the pressure test fixture, comparison of the scheme, and combined with the structural characteristics of stretching cylinder, a safe , reliable and economical pressure test fixture for large-scale stretching cylinder is developed and designed to meet the test 36Mpa pressure.
